ORDERING AND SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Question:  Do you accept purchase orders ?

Answer:  Absolutely!. We do it all the time.

We do ask for a "hard copy" of the purchase order which shows the purchase order number (if applicable), contains the appropriate signatures and provides billing instructions.  A hard copy purchase order can be mailed or faxed.

Question:  What shipping options do you offer and when will the product arrive with each one ?

Answer:  We offer Standard shipping and an Expedited shipping option.

Standard Shipping - unless otherwise noted,  is via USPS First Class Mail. We ship your order within 2 business days from the date of your order - at our expense.  The total delivery time varies based on your distance from northern Maryland.

Expedited Shipping - unless otherwise noted, is via USPS Priority Mail. The total delivery time is typically 2-3 business days NOT INCLUDING the date of the order.  The cost for Expedited Shipping is an additional $10.00 per order to cover the cost of shipping and special handling.

DIGITAL DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Question: I see you offer some software by digital delivery (download). How does that work?

Answer:  At the present time, we have two methods of distributing software in this fashion - by activating a trial version of software that was previously downloaded, and in a purchase/download transaction from the CompuSports Media Exchange.

DOWNLOAD FROM THE COMPUSPORTS MEDIA EXCHANGE

The CompuSports Media Exchange is a member of the CompuSports Network of web sites. It is a complete web site with its own "secure" shopping cart and provides "real-time" software downloads, meaning you will receive your software immediately after paying for it.  Most of our products are available from the CompuSports Media Exchange - click the Download Now button on the individual product page.

Digital Download can sometimes be arranged for products that are not available on the CompuSports Media Exchange  This is NOT a real-time download, meaning there is a delay between the time you order your software and receive it. It is faster, however than waiting to receive a "physical product" in the mail and eliminates shipping costs. This process normally takes less than 24 hours from the time of your purchase.

In order to facilitate a Digital download of a product that is not offered on the CompuSports Media Exchange, you must first order the packaged product and then request that we make a Digital Download available.
