Software Maintenance and Support

Software Maintenance is an optional service that is available and highly recommended to schools and institutions. It may be purchased as-needed (i.e. a subscription is NOT required) and includes the following benefits and services for a term of one year:

 

  • 1. Updates to the product covered that are released during the time a maintenance agreement is in effect.  Upgrades to a newer version of the product than that which was purchased may also be included (this varies by product).


  • 2. Product Activation and re-installation assistance when a product is moved to  a different computer than the one for which it was originally licensed.


  • 3. Access to expanded technical support services, including Telephone support and when necessary,  online technical assistance.

  • 4. Assistance in resolving problems that result from Windows updates, new Windows releases, or operating system reinstallation and reimaging.


Sofware Maintenance is available for Easy-Scout Plus and Professional, Easy-Recruiter and Athletic Equipment Manager.
