Down & Distance Tendencies

 


Down and Distance reports "filter" or "sort" data to isolate tendencies by Down and Distance "situations".  These reports are typically the "second step" in the analysis process.

Please note that the sample illustrations below were recreated from actual reports and are only only a small sample of the Tendency reports included.  Also included are Ball Carrier, Receiver, Pass Pattern, Hole Hit and Pass Zone Hits by Down and Distance.



The Pass/Run Tendency by Down and Distance report provides a snapshot of Play "type" usage for various "situations".   This is another "first glance" report that gives a coach a feel for Pass/Run tendencies and efficiency by Situation



The Play Tendency by Down and Distance report reveals the Play "usage" by situation.  The yardage gained and average yardage per play is most useful in a Self-Scout application.

The report tabulates Pass/Run, Wide/Short and To/Away from Formation Strength totals.

 


This report "tabulates" Play usage for all situations where the distance for a 1st Down is 1or 2 yards.  A similar report lists all details for the Short Yardage plays.
