Customizing the Field Zones in Easy-Scout Professional Advanced Features

Easy-Scout Professional enables users to configure field zones. Field Zones are used to group Yard Lines into categories and are used for Reporting and Video Analysis.

Use the Utilities Menu to access the Field Zones screen shown below.

The grid on the left side of this screen has two columns labeled Yard Line and Zone. The Yard line column is for read-only reference. Edit the Zone column values by clicking individual rows in the grid. You can also use the VCR buttons to navigate the list of field zones and the Edit options to cut/copy/paste values between rows.

Use the feature on the right side of the screen to easily record repetitive values. If changing a zone, select the first zone to be changed and modify it. Note the new value will appear in the "Selected Zone" text box shown below.

Then use the spinner below the text box to designate the number of remaining zones to populate with the same value shown for the selected zone in the grid.

Press the button to populate the designated zones with the field zone name that is highlighted. 

Note: The spinner and change button will only allow a number less than or equal to the remaining number of zones.
