Important Shipping Information
for Playmaker Pro

Playmaker Pro is normally shipped on the next business day (M-F) after an order is placed, provided that we receive the order before 4 PM EST.  Otherwise, Playmaker Pro will ship on the second business day after we receive the order.  Due to the weight of the Playmaker Pro product package, it is shipped via UPS Ground (US) or Parcel Post (Canada).  

There is no charge for Standard Shipping via UPS for Playmaker Pro or orders that include Playmaker Pro and another product.  Most shipments of Playmaker Pro arrive at addresses in the Continental U.S. within 5 business days from the date of an order (not including the day the order was placed)and often sooner.

We offer expedited shipping for Playmaker Pro at a cost of $10, in which case Playmaker Pro will be sent via UPS 2 Day Air or Priority Mail at our discretion.  Expedited shipping is not available to Canada.
Please note that choosing EXPEDITED SHIPPING will guarantee the METHOD of shipping (2 Day AIR or Priority Mail) but will not necessarily guarantee a faster ship date than what is stated above. We do, however make an effort to have all Expedited Shipments of Playmaker Pro shipped on the next business day following the order.

Orders that include Playmaker Pro and Expedited Shipping should not include other items, unless it is acceptable for the rest of the order to be sent via Standard Shipping.

When we receive a multiple-item order with Playmaker Pro AND a form of Expedited Shipping, part of the order will ship via Expedited Shipping and part of it will ship via Standard Shipping.

Examples:

1. Multiple items ordered, standard shipping
   
   - Playmaker Pro ships UPS Ground.  Other items ship USPS First Class Mail.
    

2. Multiple items ordered, customer specifies Expedited Shipping
   
   - Playmaker Pro ships UPS Second Day Air or Priority Mail. Other items ship USPS First Class Mail
    

Please note that there is no Saturday delivery option for UPS

If we are unable to, or fail to ship Playmaker Pro within the time frames stated above for Expedited Orders, we will adjust the expedited shipping charges.
