Easy-Cut's Title tool makes it possible to create "leaders" and text
slides in a variety of colors. Titles can be created
and inserted instantly into a project, or added like any
other video clip.
Clicking on the first and second drop
down lists will display a palette of colors as shown below:
After the title Colors are selected, it
is possible to set the duration of the amount of time (in
seconds) that the title will be displayed and the size of
the title. Since a title is like any other video clip, it is
always possible to adjust the duration of a title at a later
time by adjusting the Start and Stop points.
Titles are displayed in the Project Grid and when selected,
in the Filmstrip area at the bottom of the grid.
Important Notes about
Titles:

Titles are created as uncompressed
video files to ensure the best quality when the video is
produced. This means they are large files and should be
removed when no longer needed. In addition, try to
minimize the number of title slides in large projects,
particularly if there are multiple video files.

The "clear titles" option on the
help menu will search for Titles located in the
currently active video folder and display a list in a
window. Check the titles no longer needed and
then click GO to remove the titles from your computer.
