Exporting Schools

When exporting schools information, the fields displayed on the Schools Pane that are listed below under Basic Import/Export Field Order will be included. Easy-Recruiter also allows you to specify that the export file contain:

Importing Schools

When importing High school information, Easy-Recruiter provides a Basic Import feature and an Advanced Import feature. The Basic Import feature requires the incoming data only contain Schools Fields in a specific order (shown below). The Advanced Import feature allows you to combine fields from Athletes, Schools, and Coaches in any order necessary.

  6. Primary Phone number
  7. Fax number
  8. Region Code
  9. Region Name
  10. Primary Email address
  11. Athletic Director name
  12. Athletic Director Phone number
  13. Athletic Director Email address
  14. School Web Site (URL)
  15. Sport Office Phone number
  16. Sport Web Site (URL)


Note - Import files for a Basic Schools Import must be structured with a column for each field listed above and in the order specified. The only required field is School Name. Other fields may be considered optional and left blank, however the file should still be structured accordingly and contain empty columns for unused fields. For an example of a properly structured import file, generate and export file for review.
