Question: How do I purchase one of your products?
Answer: Look for a Buy Now button at the bottom of a product page. For products that have a trial version (Easy-Scout and Athletic Equipment Manager), we request payment only after trial software is downloaded and installed successfully. We do this because the complexities and obstacles that exist for installing Windows software and we want to ensure compatibility. We will then send a digital invoice with a request for payment by credit/debit card or PayPal and verification that the software has been installed successfully. Upon receipt of the payment, we will activate the trial software, which will remove any limitations imposed by Trial Mode.
Question: Do you accept purchase orders ?
Answer: In some isolated instances where expense reimbursement is not possible, yes. Please Contact Us for details if necessary.
Question: What shipping options do you offer ?
Answer: Standard Shipping for Playmaker Pro is via USPS Priority Mail and is included in its price. Additional charges apply for shipping Playmaker Pro outside the Continental US. Our other products are available as digital downloads.
Question: How long will it take to receive my software?
Answer: Playmaker Pro usually arrives 2-3 business days from the date an order is placed. Other products are delivered as digital downloads.
