Software Maintenance and Support is an optional service that we make available to schools and organizations on an as-needed, case by case basis.
Depending on the situation, software maintenance may include the following:
1. Access to a newer version of a software product purchased by that school or organization
2. Product Activation and re-installation assistance when a product is moved to a different computer than the one for which it was originally licensed.
3. Access to expanded technical support services, including Telephone support and when necessary, online technical assistance.
4. Assistance in resolving problems that result from Windows updates, new Windows releases, or operating system reinstallation and reimaging.
