Software Maintenance is an optional service that is available and highly recommended to schools and institutions. It may be purchased as-needed (i.e. a subscription is NOT required) and includes the following benefits and services for a term of one year:
1. Updates to the product covered that are released during the time a maintenance agreement is in effect. Upgrades to a newer version of the product than that which was purchased may also be included (this varies by product).
2. Product Activation and re-installation assistance when a product is moved to a different computer than the one for which it was originally licensed.
3. Access to expanded technical support services, including Telephone support and when necessary, online technical assistance.
4. Assistance in resolving problems that result from Windows updates, new Windows releases, or operating system reinstallation and reimaging.
Sofware Maintenance is available for Easy-Scout Plus and Professional, Easy-Recruiter and Athletic Equipment Manager.
