IMPORTANT COMPANY UPDATE

Change is never simple, especially when closing a chapter that spans more than four decades.

 

Since 1984, coaches, statisticians, athletic departments, and sports organizations looked to CompuSports software to support part of their operations .  We are proud of the success and longevity of these tools and the role they played in advancing the sports coaching community. We're also grateful to every customer, partner and contributor who used, supported and helped to create and shape these products over the years.

 

Effective December 31, 2025, CompuSports will retire its legacy desktop software products. This announcement follows our recent decision to close our distribution business, and allows us to honor our legacy responsibly.
 

This announcement applies only to specific products. CompuSports remains active and operational in other segments of the football coaching information industry.

 

After careful evaluation of market conditions, evolving technology standards, and long-term sustainability, we have made the strategic decision to conclude development and support for our legacy software products that have reached the end of their lifecycle.

 

Products affected include:

  • Easy-Scout - all versions
  • Easy-Recruiter
  • Athletic Equipment Manager (AEM)

 

After December 31, 2025, these products will no longer receive updates, maintenance, or *technical support. Continued functionality may depend on operating system compatibility and user-maintained environments.

 

What continues at CompuSports:

While legacy desktop software is being retired, CompuSports continues to operate as a company and remains committed to supporting the coaching and athletic community through educational content, forms, documentation, and other resources.  For more information, visit our affiliated web sites.

* Software purchased during 2025 has an End of Support date that is the later of 12 months from the original date of purchase, or 12/31/2025.
